Rates & Details:
- Base Rate (2 hours): $125
- Additional Hours: $50 per hour
- Full Night Rate (up to 10 hours): $300
Deadlines for Bookings & Payments:
- Standard Bookings: It is recommended to arrange bookings 30 days or more in advance. A tentative arrangement will be made until payment of the invoice is received.
- Payment Deadline: Invoices must be paid no later than 7 business days prior to the event. Failure to make payment within this period will result in the cancellation of the booking. Payment can be made at any time before the 7th business day to secure your booking.
- Non-payment Cancellations: If an invoice remains unpaid after the estimated expiration date, the booking will be considered incomplete. Subsequent payment will be required at the new invoice rate to secure the booking. Deposits or partial payments do not guarantee the booking and may be forfeited if full payment is not received.
Additional Expenses:
- Long Distance Events: For events located more than 50 miles from the office, additional travel and lodging costs may apply in addition to the event rate.
- Late Notice Bookings: Depending on availability, late bookings may be possible but will incur additional fees to cover the costs of rearranging other plans. Early booking is strongly recommended to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Events:
- Notice Period: To receive the maximum possible refund, a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to the event is required for cancellations.
- Receipt of Cancellation: Cancellation notices will be considered valid between the current or subsequent 8 am EST to 5 pm EST workday. Please note that attempting to cancel items outside of this timeframe may not be acknowledged.
- Refund Amount: The maximum possible refund will be the prepaid amount for the invoice, minus any expenses already incurred for the event, such as travel or lodging.
