Because there has been a number of issues and also a number of questions I have decided it is best to define my terms of services. 1. I will not argue or fight with you over a reading or the information being provided from the reading, it is your choice to call me for a reading, but if you are argumentative, rude or outright mean then I reserve the right to end the call and block you from contacting me again. 2. Any attempt to black mail me for minutes or free services, or money will be reported to the play fair department of the network, and you will be blocked from accessing my services. 3. If you ask for a time frame you fully understand it is an estimate as the spiritual world does not have or understand time. Fourthly I will not violate the member, adviser agreement or my code of ethics, so do not ask. I will end the call and block you immediately. 4. Regarding E-mail, I do answer email from my clients. The emails are answered in the order they are received, and normally within 48 hours. If you need more immediate assistance you can place a call or chat with me. Free minutes are handled as followed: I provide free minutes, for only clients that have contacted me and have paid for services over 10 minutes. If a client is sent free minutes to use, and does not add to the call for paid services, they understand they will not be sent anymore free minutes until they place a paid call. Aeson’s Monthly Loyalty Program – I give free minutes to clients that spend more than 15 minutes on any call placed during the month. I provide 1 free minute for each 15 minute block of paid services during the previous month. They will be sent out by the fifth of the following month, but not before the first of the following month. Repeat Client Special- If you are a repeat client and book an appointment within 24 hours in advance and request repeat client special in the appointment request I will reduce the rate to .99 cents For that appointment only. Making Appointments How Do Appointments Work? Making an appointment ensures that you'll be able to talk with Aeson at a day and time that's most convenient for you. 1. Click the "Request an Appointment" link at the bottom of any of my listing. You'll be taken through a quick process where you'll be asked to: • Request a date and time for the appointment. • Verify the phone number at which Keen calls you. Type in the message box “repeat client special. “ You'll receive a Mail letting you know whether I can accept or declined your appointment request. If I cannot take the appointment I will subject a better time for me Then keen will send you and me a reminder and then I will change the price 30 minutes before our reading If you have requested it 24 hours in advance. Remember: you will not have a confirmed appointment with Aeson until he accepts your request. What happens when your appointment time arrives?
